Pony Tactics: Salvation is a tactics style fan-made My Little Pony RPG game inspired by Final Fantasy Tactics, Disgaea, and Ogre Tactics. The game is being made in Unity and will be open source and free on release.
The story of the game uses canon from seasons one and two, and three only selectively. It takes place over a thousand years before the events of MLP:FiM, a few years after Equestria is founded. Any original characters used will be created specifically for the game.
Pony Tactics is being developed by a small team of fans of MLP:FiM. We currently have no official team name, but you can call us the "Pony Tactics" team.
At the moment, the game is in pre-alpha. All footage shown in the promo video is pre-alpha footage using mostly test assets. We currently do not have a release date.
A forum will be put together once we enter alpha, along with more screenshots and videos.
